Join the Burrow bar and Cash Only Diner team as we take you through a journey of the Martini's rich history and be able to try them in their different forms paired with regional Vietnamese food by the chefs from Cash Only Diner.

About this Event

Over the evening, you'll be taken through a basic overview of martini making, martini do's & don'ts and a brief history of the classic cocktails. 

Our head bartender and Co-owner's of Burrow Bar, Bryce McDonough and Chau Tran (current Global Winner for Gin Mare) will help you then get stuck into these martinis paired with a delicious Vietnamese banquet.

Prepare for bad-puns & dad-jokes, but stay for the delicious cocktails and dinner.

We'll be using Grey Goose and Bombay products for the evening.
